Founded in 1972 by Kenneth Goldblum, MD as a solo eye care practice in Albuquerque, this practice steadily gained popularity, through word-of-mouth referrals, by offering warm and personalized service. Todd Goldblum, MD joined the practice in 1995 adding Pediatric Ophthalmology as a specialty to the eye center. With further growth and addition of physicians, our name changed from Goldblum Family Eye Care to Family Eye Care/Children's Eye Center of New Mexico.

Family Eye Care/Children's Eye Center of New Mexico is now home to 3 well-trained and highly qualified specialists: Krista Heidar MD, John Hickox MD, and Anne Crisler Cromer, OD. While our primary focus is pediatric ophthalmology & strabismus, we still proudly care for adult patients as well.
